We hope we have made GameXChanger as easy to use and self explanatory as poss, but here's the questions we still get asked pretty frequently.

  • Q: Can I buy games without exchanging old ones?
    A: We are new and we really want to build our stock levels up so at the moment we are only allowing purchasing with credits. You can obtain credits by trading in your old stuff. Click here to start swapping.

  • Q: Can you reserve items for me while I send my swaps in?
    A: No sorry!

  • Q: Do I have to pay postage when sending stuff in to you?
    A: Yes but we offer 5 credits per item you send to help cover your postage costs.

  • Q: I've sent my stuff in, how do I get paid?
    A: Once we have received your items and verified their condition, we will top up your account with GameXChanger Credits which can be traded for other games and DVD's. Please read our terms and conditions for more info!

  • Q: Your prices are so cheap this must be a scam?
    A: We're not a scam! Our prices are cheap because we sell second hand games. Thats it really!

  • Q: Do I have to pay any postage when buying games?
    A: Yes we charge a £1.00 for delivery, and 50p for each item ordered. So for example if you order one game, postage will cost £1.50. If you order 3 games, postage will cost £2.50. All of our deliveries are made via Royal Mail recorded delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number if needed. Please note, we only deliver to the UK.

  • Q: You dont have stock of something I want, what can I do?
    A: If a product is out of stock, there will be an "Email me" option on the product page. Simply fill in your email address and we will send you an email the second the product comes into stock.

  • Q: Do you sell to the trade?
    A: At the moment no, but if you are in the trade and are interested in receiving updates in the future, please drop us an email.

  • Q: Have you got a Phone Number?
    A: No at the moment we do not allow phone calls. Why? Because most questions can be answered more quickly and easily via email. If you send us an email and still need to chat, we'll give you a number to call, no probs!

  • Q: How can I contact you?
    A: You can either drop us an email, or send us a letter. Full contact details are available on our "About Us" section.
